By placing a bid on this vehicle you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the above-described vehicle. Vehicle is available to be seen and driven, Please call us to set up a time. Seller reserves the right to end the listing early without any liability to the seller. We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early should the vehicle be no longer available for sale whereby it is advertised locally. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

Payment Information:
A deposit of $250.00 is (refundable) within the first 72 hours and must be paid within 48 hours of the close of the auction or purchase of the vehicle. Buyer must arrange all inspections and/or arrangements before winning auction or purchase of the vehicle at buyers expense. If the auction is won and buyer does not take possession of the vehicle for any reason, the buyer is responsible for the termination fee of $100 after breach of contract to purchase. If a deposit was retained and termination of the contract within first 72 hours, deposit ($250) will be refunded minus the termination fee ($100) After the 72 Hours has elapsed the depoist is non refundable. This is to insure efficiency for both buyer and seller. Therefore Buyer has 5 days of the close of the auction, Buyer must send remaining balance of funds either by wire transfer, cash, bank certified funds or Auto loan checks to Seller (Cleveland Motorcars). All financial transactions must be completed before delivery (shipment) of the vehicle

Fees and Tax Information:
The only other fee would be a $18.50 temporary permit that allows you to drive for up to 30-days on it and a $131.50 docs and processing fee. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

Bidder's Age:
You must be 18 years of age or older to Bid.

Placing a Bid:

Title Information:
Vehicle titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. Cleveland Motorcars has titles on hand. If payment is made by cashier's checks we will hold all titles for 15 days or until funds have cleared.

This vehicle is being sold "as is". Manufacturers' warranties may still apply. Extended warranty may be available. Contact us for details. No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.

Finalizing your Purchase:
We will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes. Successful high bidder MUST communicate with us by email or phone within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy (Toll free Fax 877-538-5592) of their State issued Valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
